Diane Stark, Public Liaison

Affectionately known as “Science Woman” to her friends, Diane graduated from the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Medical Center with BS degrees in cellular biology and medical technology; retiring from her 30-year career in medical and research laboratory science in 2012.  Diane’s passion for literature and writing lead her to The Writers Place in April 2013 where she serves as a public liaison. With generous encouragement provided by The Writers Place community, Diane looks forward to experiencing her transformation from technical writer to creative writer.
