Summit Scribes Writers Group meets at Unity Village - Fellowship Lounge (on Maple Lane in the Motel Complex), Lee's Summit, MO at 6:45pm on the 3rd Monday of each month. Barry Roads Writers Group meets at Barnes & Noble at I-29 and Barry Road, KCMO at 6:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Monday and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. The Dead Horse Society (Kansas City Area Speculative Fiction Writers Group) is a local KC-area writing group.
